Weatherbar operates a straight forward returns policy which complies with the distance selling regulations. Please see below for specific information that you may find helpful. Please be aware that when your order is placed you will be bound by the terms and conditions of the sale which can be found here.
Returning an item purchased wrongly or unsuitable
Weatherbar Sills will accept returns for items wrongly ordered or unsuitable on the condition that we are notified within 14 days of receiving the item. If you wish to return the item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns note which can be posted, faxed or emailed. Once received and completed, please enclose the returns note with the item you wish to return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the unwanted item(s) are returned in original and saleable condition. Costs incurred to return the item(s) will be at your own expense. We advise sending any items by recorded delivery as losses will not be reimbursed. Once received we will process your return and credit you the value of the item within 2 weeks. A handling fee for all returns will be charged at the same rate as the original carriage charge.
Returning an item which is faulty or incorrect
If on the rare occasion we should supply a product which is not what was ordered or faulty or fails within the first 7 days from delivery, we will replace or refund the item(s). Once notified (by emailing email@example.com) we will provide a returns note to be filled out and enclosed with the incorrect or faulty item(s). We will then arrange for collection. Once received back and satisfied that the item is indeed incorrect or faulty, a replacement or refund will be authorised.
NB – If an item is obviously damaged on delivery, please refuse delivery and instruct the courier to return the item to us. Please inform us straight away
